Artistic committee

The artistic committee plays an essential role in creating a renewed artistic environment for each edition. It carefully reviews and selects proposals submitted by galleries, highlighting emerging talent and innovative works, thus ensuring a rich and varied experience for visitors.

STÉPHANIE PIODA

An art historian, journalist, art critic and editor trained at the École du Louvre and the Sorbonne, Stéphanie Pioda writes about the art market, contemporary art, archaeology and crafts. After many years of contributing to Journal des Arts, L’ŒIL, Archéologia and Les Dossiers de l’Archéologie, she now writes for Le Quotidien de l'art, La Gazette de Drouot and Beaux-Arts magazine. She also coordinates special editions for Beaux-Arts Éditions and has contributed to several publications, including monographs on Speedy Graphito and François Bard published by Somogy, Alberto Sorbelli. GEORGES-MICHEL KAHN

After 20 years working for a ready-to-wear clothing company, and already a collector of French and European abstract art from the 1950s and 1960s, Georges-Michel Kahn opened a gallery in Strasbourg in 1997 on the square in front of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. After seven years in Strasbourg, he opened a showroom in Paris and, in 2006, moved to the Île de Ré. Every year, the gallery publishes multiples by artists and participates in the publication of artists' books.

RÉMY BUCCIALI

An Officer of Arts and Letters, he studied photography and visual arts in Paris and joined the RIGAL workshop in Fontenay aux Roses in 1972. Appointed engraver in 1975, he worked until 1976 under the direction of Master Gaston Gerbault. In 1977, he opened his own workshop in Paris before opening another in Colmar in 1983. Since then, many international artists have been published in his workshop. A publisher of contemporary engravings since 1989 under the label ‘Éditions Rémy Bucciali’, he collaborates with numerous French and foreign galleries in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cologne, Rotterdam, Stockholm and Düsseldorf. He also participates in numerous international fairs, such as Art Paris, Art Elysées, ST-ART, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, ART Karlsruhe, London Print Art Fair and AAF Brussels.
